Mau bentuknya gravy, soup, saute sampai fried semuanya pasti jadi favorites gwe. Nah, buat kalian yang mau tahu gimana caranya membuat mushroom soup from scratch, let's take a look into this blog post!

Mushroom Cream Soup Reciepe
level: easy
serving for 5 to 6 people
ingedients:
3 portobello mushroom
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white/ black pepper
1/2 tsp chicken powder
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp oregano
Olive oil
500ml chicken stock
500ml milk / coocking cream
1 1/2 tbs Corn Starch
How To Make:
1. Using your Food Processor, blend 2 and a half portobello mushroom and choped another half finely.
2. chopped Onion and Garlic
3. slice the ginger
4. saute onion, garlic and ginger until aromatic
5. pour the chicken stock into it.
6. put the mashed mushroom and bring to a boil.
7. put all the seasonings ( salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, chicken powder) and mixed well.
8. pour the milk and bring to a boil in medium heat.
9. melt the corn starch with 5 spoon cold water and mixed it into the soup.
10. Stir continuosly until thickened.
11. mushroom cream soup ready to served.
